You have overlooked some important details, like. The vaccination myth created by our PM from the podium of truth. 1=We were told that Covid would be a disease of the unvaccinated - WRONG ! 2=We were told the vaccine would stop infection and transmission - WRONG ! A wise person would have worked out that the experts and bureaucrats had no idea at that point, and I gave up believing them. There was no retraction of their claims, and no admission that their mandates were based on misinformation. Isnt that all true ?

Thank you. Well put. I agree entirely. It is a pity that we have forgotten that our 200-year-old "great modern experiment", which is the basis of "modern democracy" came with a caveat that while providing opportunity and purpose for the majority, it is nevertheless a system wherein about 15% of the population will not find that purpose and subsequently will need support from the "successful majority". Consequently, this requires a generosity of spirit if an underclass is not to develop.

Personally, I would be prepared to accept an increased chance of Covid infection due to the unvaccinated because I feel it is my responsibility to our modern system. Unfortunately, utopian idealism seems alive and well in the world these days despite the lessons that should have been learnt from the twentieth century. Meanly labelling fellow citizens "anti-vaxxers", "dole bludgers" etc, along with the encouragement of snitching, can be the start of a slippery slope directly to the gulag.

Couldn’t have said this any better myself. Oh, except to say, these edicts are coming from a political party that once battled against class oppression. That Portrait of Savage in the background on the book shelf is tokenism. The man himself will be rolling in his grave at the actions of this crowd in charge of things.
